Purpose and access

Membership application information is used for assessment, compliance, Council operations and member services. Access to applicant and member records is limited by role and operating need.

Public profiles

Public profile publication requires explicit consent and can be withdrawn. Private member information is disclosed for an introduction only with permission.

Verification and payments

Identity and company documents are retained for verification, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Payment card information is collected by the payment provider and is not stored by G18 YEC.

Security record

Account actions, status changes and access-sensitive decisions are recorded for accountability and incident review.
