The G18 Young Entrepreneurs Council membership standard defines eligibility, business verification, annual fees, member services and the separation of fee payment from governance authority.

G18 YEC has published its membership standard for founders, business owners and next-generation enterprise leaders across the Global 18 framework. Eligibility is assessed by age, ownership or operating authority, active business status, operating scale and a documented connection to one of the 18 constituencies.

Annual membership is offered through Individual Entrepreneur, Company and Enterprise plans. Each plan states its annual fee, verified seat capacity and service limits. Fees are invoiced only after approval.

Membership fees cover defined services. Governance appointments and Council decisions are governed separately under the Council's recorded procedures.

In Global 18, the number 18 refers to 15 countries and three regional organisations: the European Union, African Union and ASEAN.
